Common questions

When does billing start?

Your first invoice is issued Friday of Week 1. Payment is collected the same day via pre-authorized EFT.

Can I change tiers mid-cycle?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated). Downgrades apply next billing cycle.

What if I want to cancel?

Internship and Probationary require 30 days notice. Full Time runs month-to-month after term and can be canceled any time.

Can I add roles later?

Yes. Add any role the following Friday. Most add-ons are $600/month per role.
